Pierre-Henry has over 15 years of experience in advising on various types of financing and capital market transactions.
He represents on Luxembourg matters both sponsors and lenders in senior, mezzanine, high yield and PIK financings, as well as in complex transactions involving multiple debt tranches. He also specialises in restructuring and pre-insolvency issues and in the creation and enforcement of sophisticated security packages. In addition, he has handled bespoke securitisation transactions. He previously worked in Paris on litigation and restructuring matters and in London on general capital market matters. Pierre-Henry is admitted to the Paris and Luxembourg Bar. He is also a contributor to publications on technical topics.
