Paolo's activity focuses on labour law.
He works with both Italian and foreign companies providing assistance on employment, social security and safety at work aspects. His activity is designed to guarantee clients a correct management of employment and agency relationships, starting from the initial phase (through the drafting of employment, consultancy and agency contracts) to the end of such relationships (through the preparation of settlement agreements, as well as support in individual and collective dismissal procedures). In addition, Paolo performs due diligence activities on labour-related aspects linked to M&A transactions.
