Pablo has extensive experience advising national and international clients, including founders, on M&A, joint ventures and partner agreements, W&I insurance policies, MIP and reinvestment structures, reorganisations, contracts and corporate governance in various sectors, with special emphasis on private equity, infrastructure, energy and TMT.
With extensive experience in the infrastructure sector and a deep knowledge of digital infrastructure assets, Pablo has participated in landmark deals in the Spanish market.
