Olivier has acted alongside companies since 2006 to accompanying them through their organisational changes and the implementation of their HR strategies.
He has developed a solid expertise in complex collective project management: taking advantage restructuring opportunities enacted in France, outsourcing, collective bargaining especially on working time issues and social dialog.
In addition, Olivier offers his clients specialised knowledge on incentives and in case of legal disputes, either individual or collective, against group of employees or trade unions, he helps them bring their case to industrial tribunals and civil jurisdictions.
He also brings his valuable experience to the table on issues such as health in the workplace, risks and security and international mobility, particularly during the enactment of innovate forms of employment and workplace organisation and runs annual trainings at the Magellan Institute, International Mobility MBA.
Olivier is regularly interviewed by online publications (Business Insider France, Entreprendre.fr, …) contributes to articles in several publications that specialise in labour law and conducts training courses in health in the workplace and international mobility and contributes to our leading employment law blog “Employment Talk”.
