Senior Associate

Olga provides legal advice on a broad range of Polish and EU competition law issues, and represents clients in merger and antitrust proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority and the European Commission, as well as in court proceedings.

Olga has an established track record of advising on complex multi-jurisdictional merger cases before the Polish Competition Authority, the European Commission, and other competition law authorities around the world.

She has advised major domestic and international clients across jurisdictions and in multiple sectors, in particular consumer and retail, banking and finance, oil and gas, and real estate, on the compliance of their business models and strategies with competition law.

Representative matters

Stock Spirits Group, on the acquisition of POLMOS Bielsko-Bia?a which combined Stock Spirits Poland, an established producer of spirits and liqueurs, with Polmos Bielsko-Bia?a, a recognized manufacturer of alcohols in Poland with 200 years of heritage.

Maspex Group, the largest private company in the food industry in Poland and one of the largest in Central and Eastern Europe, on competition law aspects of its acquisition of the Becherovka brand and related assets from Pernod Ricard, including the production and logistics facilities in Karlovy Vary.

Keppel Infrastructure and MET Capital Partners, in merger proceedings before the European Commission regarding the acquisition of joint control over MET Group.

A renewable energy company, on merger control aspects of a 50/50 joint venture with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. for the development, construction and operation of two world-scale offshore wind projects in the Baltic Sea.

Pro bono

Lecturing students from universities in Poland and abroad on competition law as part of the A&O programme ‘Competition University’.
