Nick has over 20 years of experience in advising on a broad range of corporate transactions across both Europe and the Middle East. 

This experience includes advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures involving both private and public companies across a variety of sectors. He is also experienced in advising on equity capital markets transactions (including IPOs, rights issues and capital raisings), as well as demergers and other corporate restructurings. He has advised on some of the most innovative and strategic transactions in the market, including ADCB on its AED423 billion combination with UNB and Al Hilal Bank, Abu Dhabi Power Corporation on its USD54.5bn combination with TAQA, Orascom Construction on its reorganisation, demerger and dual listing on Nasdaq Dubai and the Egyptian Stock Exchange and the Abraaj Group on its dual- track process for the disposal of its stake in Network International.
