Nick has a keen interest in regulatory reform, and has extensive experience dealing with regulatory-driven structural change, with a particular focus on market abuse, market conduct requirements, financial market infrastructure and trading venues. He also has a strong background advising financial services groups on acquisitions and disposals of regulated businesses, as well as other regulatory aspects of corporate transactions.
