Michiel has more than 20 years of experience as an international M&A lawyer, advising prominent financial investors on complex private equity transactions, mainly in the business services, technology and healthcare areas as well as in the industrial sector.

His practice further comprises cross-border M&A, joint ventures and strategic legal advice for blue chip corporations, and he regularly represents leading infrastructure investors.

Advent International on the EUR 4bn sale of allnex group, a global leading manufacturer of industrial coatings, to PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited.
