Michael Hossack

Senior Associate

Michael advises on a broad range of capital markets transactions from senior and subordinated bonds, green bonds, corporate debt restructurings and liability management to asset backed bonds, commercial paper and EMTN programmes.

He acts for both managers and issuers (including corporates, financial institutions, sovereigns and supra-nationals) across various jurisdictions including the Nordics, central Europe and emerging markets.

Michael has also spent time on secondment in the DCM legal teams at major investment banks. Michael also has experience in Fintech, particularly the digitation and automation of primary debt capital markets.

Working with Toynbee Hall Legal Advice Centre to provide free legal advice to East London residents across a range of topics including housing, consumer and debt claims.
