Megan represents sponsors, governmental institutions, export credit agencies, DFIs, IFIs and banks on the structuring and financing of projects in a variety of sectors in the energy and infrastructure space, with a particular focus on energy transition work (including EV battery gigafactories and offshore wind).
Megan has extensive experience on multi-sourced holdco and platform debt financings of projects worldwide.
As part of her wider contribution, Megan is an active committee member of SEAL (Society of East Asian Lawyers) within the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion network.
