Matt acts for both lenders and sponsors in connection with their acquisition finance transactions, as well as advising both lenders and large corporates on investment-grade financings.

Matt has experience in the domestic and international syndicated and leveraged loan markets, as well as private credit transactions and other capital structures involving high yield bonds and margin loans, amongst other debt products.

Matt has been seconded to the PAI Partners Capital Markets Team in their London office.
