Martin regularly advises issuers, underwriters and other market participants in connection with a wide range of capital markets transactions, including investment grade and high yield bond offerings, initial public offerings and follow-on equity offerings.
In addition, he advises on U.S. federal securities laws and corporate governance matters. Martin joined the firm after working for several years at other leading international law firms in New York, Hong Kong and Frankfurt.
