Mark has extensive and long-standing experience in all aspects of domestic and international finance and specialises in syndicated lending and acquisition finance.
In addition, he also advises regularly in relation to export credit financings. He advises corporates as well as banks and alternative lenders on investment grade and cross-over debt financings, including sustainability and ESG aspects, public and private takeover and acquisition finance, and ECA-backed credit facilities.
