Marco has gained significant experience in corporate/M&A assisting a variety of players including domestic and international financial institutions, private equity funds, industrials, listed and private companies in complex transactions, such as acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and reorganisations.
He has provided assistance across a wide range of sectors including TMT, financial services, industrial and manufacturing, energy and services sectors. Marco is also familiar with corporate governance matters for listed and non-listed companies as well as with the regulatory aspects of public M&A deals.
