Marc advises on corporate, direct lending and private equity matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings and restructurings, both from a domestic and cross-border perspective and across all sectors. 

He also leads A&O Shearman's Luxembourg-Latin America desk, which covers all client needs through and from Luxembourg and Latin America, and is an active member of the A&O Shearman Global Latin America group as well as of the A&O Shearman France-Luxembourg platform, a unique service for France-based and Luxembourg-based clients. He is part of the Haut Comité de la Place Financière (geographic markets working group) set up by the Luxembourg public authorities to promote Luxembourg as a leading financial centre.

Marc is recognised since 2020 by Legal 500 as a “Rising star“.
