Laura advises private equity houses and other financial sponsors on acquisitions and disposals. Laura advises private equity houses and other financial sponsors on acquisitions and disposals. Laura also works with international and domestic companies on the full range of corporate transactions including carve-outs, joint ventures, complex restructurings, and cross border M&A. Laura was recently seconded to our corporate practice group at the New York City office. Simultaneously to her legal studies, she gained significant experience as a trainee at a major international US-law firm in Frankfurt and New York City.

Bridgepoint on the acquisition of a majority stake in the PTV Group, a leading global software company for traffic simulation and planning and a provider of optimization solutions for transport logistics from ultimate owner Porsche SE.

Bridgepoint and its portfolio company PTV Group, a joint venture between Bridgepoint and Porsche SE, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Econolite, the leading North American provider of intelligent traffic management solutions.

Charterhouse Capital Partners on various matters, including the acquisition of Telio from Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) and the acquisition of Aon’s German retirement & investment business.

The Riverside Company on the acquisition of Dastex Reinraumzubehör GmbH & Co, a leading specialised independently owned cleanroom garment & consumables distributor in Europe.
