She assists national and international investors with the legal and regulatory aspects of real estate, urban planning and the commercialisation of large-scale tourist, residential, industrial and mixed-use projects in Morocco. She has in-depth knowledge of the local market and the needs of her clients, which include developers, operators, lenders, funds and public authorities. She advises them at every stage in the life cycle of their projects, from structuring and negotiating partnerships, through obtaining permits and authorisations, and putting in place various types of agreements or contracts required to completing their projects and selling or leasing their assets. Lamiae has played a key role in some of Morocco's largest and most ambitious real estate and infrastructure projects, such as the seaside resorts of Saîdia, Lixus, Mazagan, Mogador and Taghazout, and the new Casa Anfa Zone, home to Casablanca Finance City.
