Lamiae is a leading real estate expert in Morocco, with a focus on complex and innovative development projects.
She assists national and international investors with the legal and regulatory aspects of real estate, urban planning and the commercialisation of large-scale tourist, residential, industrial and mixed-use projects in Morocco. She has in-depth knowledge of the local market and the needs of her clients, which include developers, operators, lenders, funds and public authorities. She advises them at every stage in the life cycle of their projects, from structuring and negotiating partnerships, through obtaining permits and authorisations, and putting in place various types of agreements or contracts required to completing their projects and selling or leasing their assets. Lamiae has played a key role in some of Morocco's largest and most ambitious real estate and infrastructure projects, such as the seaside resorts of Saîdia, Lixus, Mazagan, Mogador and Taghazout, and the new Casa Anfa Zone, home to Casablanca Finance City.

AUDA on the sale of a portfolio of real estate assets (residential, hotels, établissements d’enseignement supérieur, cliniques, sièges de banques, office space, etc.) in relation to the development of the new Casa Anfa Zone. 

Fond Hassan II and OCP on the acquisition of La Mamounia, Palais Jamaï and Michlifen from ONCF. 

A global financial institution, shareholders of O Tower, on the development of a MAD4 bn tower in Rabat (approx. USD375 m). The Project will be a 250m tall mixed-use skyscraper (business, housing, hospitality), the highest in Africa. 

Mubadala in relation to the sale of assets and real estate rights relating to a portfolio of 67 villas located in a residential resort structured around a golf course.
