He focuses on a range of multi-jurisdictional restructuring and bankruptcy matters for borrower, lender, and private equity sponsor clients. He has extensive experience representing clients in complex out-of-court restructurings and state law enforcement actions, chapter 11 cases, and chapter 15 cases nationwide and across various industries, including financial services, media and communications, airline, retail, oil & gas, and renewable energy.
