Jeremy advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including private M&A, private equity and general corporate advisory work.
Jeremy has particular experience advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies at all stages of the investment cycle. Jeremy has also spent six months on secondment to the firm’s Ho Chi Minh City office.
