Jean has extensive experience across the entire life cycle of private equity and private M&A transactions, including investment platforms, equity financings, acquisitions, disposals, co-investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

She regularly acts for leading private equity and investment funds, corporate clients and other major institutional clients on a wide range of industries, with a special focus on the real estate and infrastructure sectors in recent years. She has practised for over 18 years and her practice has been highly recognised by leading international legal directories, such as Legal 500.

Warburg Pincus on its formation of various real estate investment platforms in the APAC region and the subsequent financings, co-investments and restructurings by these platforms.

KKR on its formation of various joint ventures/ investment platforms with a number of partners in China and the bolt-on acquisitions and subsequent disposal transactions for these platforms.

DNE Group on its formation of various joint ventures/funds with a number of institutional investors for investing in logistics, industrial and healthcare assets.

CBC Group on its formation of an APAC healthcare infrastructure platform and a USD1.5 billion target sized life science infrastructure fund, as well as its upsize financing.
