Jan-Hendrik advises sponsors/borrowers, banks and alternative lenders primarily on leveraged finance and project finance transactions.
Jan-Hendrik has experience advising on a range of debt products, including leverage, acquisition and unitrache finance as well as project finance. He has a particular focus advising on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector. He also gained in-house experience working in the structured finance department of a leading German bank.
