With extensive experience in M&A transactions, Jakub represents both buyers and sellers in domestic and cross-border deals, mainly in the technology sector.

He is also an expert in IP law, with a focus on online copyright enforcement, protection against unfair competition and enforcement of trademarks and patent rights.

WTR 1000 ranks Jakub as Silver in the Czech Republic, and THE LEGAL500 as a Rising star for IP. Jakub also regularly advises on private equity and venture capital deals and is a key contributor to Czech Startup Documentation, a pioneering project of leading law firms that provides free sample investment documentation to support the Czech innovation ecosystem and facilitate fundraising from investors.

W.A.G payment solutions plc, a leading pan-European integrated payments & mobility platform focused on the Commercial Road Transportation industry, on its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of WebEye Telematics, a leading fleet management solution provider in Central and Eastern Europe based in Budapest.

Notino (Europe's largest online retailer of cosmetics) in connection with its investment in explore & beyond s.r.o., owner of the startup Talentpilot (originally Supertalent).

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, a newly-established specialist digital infrastructure investor, on its acquisition of ?eské Radiokomunikace (a leading broadcasting, media and communications services provider in the Czech Republic) from funds managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets.
