Ilse Bosmans

Consultant

Ilse specialises in all matters related to individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on occupational pensions, the employment law aspects of restructurings, self-employed contractor agreements, equal treatment, privacy-related matters and employment law litigation.

She has a degree in occupational pensions from the Belgian Pension Academy. She has published on pensions of internationally mobile employees, termination of employment, equal treatment, outsourcing and employment law restructuring and regularly speaks on these topics.  Ilse is also a member of BePLa, the association of Belgian lawyers specialised in occupational pensions, and of IPEBLA, the International Pension and Employee Benefits Lawyers’ Association.
