Ibrahim is Managing Partner of Abu Dhabi.
He specialises in corporate and projects transactions, particularly in advising Abu Dhabi government entities on corporate structuring, acquisitions and major projects and corporate finance. He has also been involved in the drafting and review of many of the Emirate's economic and corporate laws and regulations. He regularly advises developers, national and international financial institutions and investors.
