Harshil specialises in advising clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on renewables, low carbon technologies and energy transition projects. 
His practice involves advising on a broad range of transactions across the energy value chain acting for sponsors and financial institutions. With a focus on project development, Harshil has a wide range of experience that includes construction, procurement, operation and maintenance and offtake arrangements, as well as broader commercial contract negotiations and regulatory matters. During his time at the firm, Harshil has been seconded to the Sizewell C project and has spent time at the firm’s Dubai office.

The sponsor on all aspects of the development of a blue hydrogen project in the UK including in respect of the UK hydrogen business model support with DESNZ.

Sizewell C (the project company) on the development of the c.GBP20bn Sizewell C nuclear power plant project in the UK.

The finance providers to Global Infrastructure Partners to project finance the acquisition and build out of a 50% interest in the 1,200MW Hornsea One offshore wind farm developed by a renewable energy company.

The lenders on the acquisition from a renewable energy company of a 50% stake in the 1,300MW Hornsea Two offshore wind farm in the UK.
