Hans advises listed international and domestic companies as well as medium sized German firms, mainly in corporate and capital market law, and has extensive experience in national and international M&A transactions, joint ventures, as well as in the areas of private equity (especially venture capital), IPOs, capital increases, privatisations and restructuring. He joined in 2001 and became a partner in May 2003. Prior to that he was a partner at White & Case, Feddersen.
