Hannah has experience with a variety of clients, predominantly technology, consumer, private capital and pharmaceutical clients. This experience includes negotiating and drafting complex intellectual property licenses, collaboration, sponsorship, services, supply, manufacturing and distribution agreements.
Hannah is also experienced in advising on the intellectual property, separation and technology aspects of strategic mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions. She is experienced in leading the intellectual property and technology due diligence process and for the acquisition and sale of technology, consumer and services businesses. Her experience includes both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as complex multi-jurisdictional carve-outs.
