Grant specialises in derivatives and structured finance.

He has extensive international experience on a wide range of products, having worked in London, Amsterdam and Hong Kong.

Grant worked for five years as a senior lawyer at the AIG Financial Products group, including being based in Hong Kong as General Counsel for Asia for three years. Previously he had varied structured finance practices at both a magical circle and a large US based international law firm. His experience includes structured credit transactions (including credit linked notes and repackagings), structured equity financings (both loan and derivatives based), structured repos and securities loans, listed structured note programmes, cryptocurrency linked products and OTC derivatives matters. Grant is qualified in England & Wales, Hong Kong and South Africa.
