Giovanna has been involved in transactions of acquisition and disposal of stakes in national and international companies, transfer and lease of businesses and business units, joint ventures and partnerships, mergers, demergers, private equity transactions as well as takeover bids, and provides assistance with regard to general corporate and commercial law issues.
