Fergus advises on strategic commercial contracts, technology and non-contentious IP matters relevant to a wide range of commercial and corporate transactions.
Fergus advises clients in a variety of industries, primarily those operating and investing in technology and IP-rich sectors. He has particular experience working with operators and investors in negotiating material agreements as part of high-value and transformative digital infrastructure projects across the globe. 
 
Fergus regularly advises on the commercial, IP and technology aspects of M&A transactions, including those with complex separation and licensing considerations. Fergus also works with clients on standalone IP-heavy transactions and collaborations involving licensing, manufacturing and development.

A specialised mobility investment company on the carve-out and acquisition of the engineering, design and R&D arm of an electric supercar manufacturer.
