Evelina specialises in securitisations as well as listing and admission of securities to trading on the regulated market and the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
She also advises on legal and regulatory aspects of Luxembourg legislation relating to prospectuses for securities, transparency obligations and market abuse. Evelina has worked in law firms in both London and Luxembourg since 2007. She joined the firm in 2009.
