Eleanor has considerable experience advising government bodies, sponsors and lenders on privately financed oil & gas, energy and infrastructure developments.
Eleanor works in numerous jurisdictions and extensive knowledge of the Middle East and Africa having been previously based in Dubai. She is a project development specialist and an expert in all aspects of construction, fuel supply, offtake, operation & maintenance, shareholder arrangements and other commercial contracts.

The joint venture stakeholders of the UK Government and EDF Energy on the development of the Sizewell C nuclear power plant project in the UK.

The DFI lenders on the development of new container terminal at Dameitta Port in Egypt.

A multinational financial institution as lenders to the infrastructure outsourcing arrangements on the Hydrogen to Green Steel Plant in Boden, Sweden.

The ECA and commercial bank lenders on the Ceyhan Petrochemical Project in Turkey.
