Ed advises employer and trustee clients on all aspects of pensions law, including in relation to pensions aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings, scheme funding and closing schemes to future accrual. Ed’s recent work includes advising on the bulk transfer of benefits to a master trust and the negotiation of a flexible apportionment arrangement.
