Dorian is a member of the Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure (PENRI) group of A&O Shearman. 
He advises sponsors (industrials and funds) and financial institutions (commercial lenders, institutional lenders and DFIs) in France and internationally, in the context of the acquisition, development and financing of infrastructure, transition energies, transport, and telecommunication projects.

Experience

Representative matters

The borrower, an operator and provider of FttH lines, in the context of the strategic partnership dedicated to the refinancing of the acquisition and commercialization of Irrevocable Rights of Use (IRU) in France.

The lenders on the refinancing, capex financing and additional financing of Phoenix Tower International towers in France, Ireland, Italy, Malta and Cyprus as part of a global European EUR1.200.000.000 refinancing of the European Phoenix Tower International portfolio.

The lenders in relation to the limited recourse senior secured debt financing for Envision AESC’s battery manufacturing plant in Douai, France.
