Senior Associate

Cyril is a Senior Associate in our Intellectual property team based in Paris.
 
His practise focuses on Intellectual Property related matter, in particular in patent litigation thanks to his dual qualifications as a lawyer and an engineer. Graduated from Telecom Paris, Cyril has experience of various domains, including telecommunication, digital signal processing, information and coding theories and computer science.
 
His practice covers notably the fields of telecommunications, mechanics and energy, and life sciences.
 
Cyril began his career in a patent attorney law firm, where he built an experience as a patent engineer. His work included drafting patent applications and their prosecution, the establishment of patentability, freedom-to-operate and validity opinions, mainly in the fields of electronics and telecommunications. He also participated in a major telecommunications litigation involving patents essential to GSM, 3G, and 4G standards.

Pro bono

Active participation in the InitiaDROIT project of the Paris bar, which consists in giving courses to secondary and high school students to familiarise them with fundamental legal concepts.
