Christine is a projects lawyer with a focus on advising sponsors, developers, investors and lenders on major infrastructure projects across a range of sectors, including power (renewables and conventional), road, rail and other infrastructure.
Christine has end-to-end transaction experience from project inception through to structuring, procurement, acquisition, financing and delivery. She has specialised expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and project documents, as well as broader experience in project finance, contract administration and disputes.
