Charlotte Hoff

Senior Associate

Charlotte specialises in domestic and international corporate tax law.

She advises clients on the tax implications of mergers & acquisitions, investment funds, corporate restructurings, and tax aspects of financing for banks and insurance companies. She also drafts and negotiates complex legal documents and contracts.

Charlotte's client base is diverse and sophisticated, consisting of multinational corporations, private equity firms, and financial institutions. She is particularly renowned for her ability to advise fund managers on the creation of various fund structures, such private equity funds, and venture capital funds, and to assist institutional investors with their potential investments. Her work involves meticulous analysis of fund documents and comprehensive risk assessment. Moreover, Charlotte's experience is marked by her strategic counsel to boards and her representation of clients during tax audits, highlighting her comprehensive understanding of her clients' needs and the impact of her work on their operations.

Charlotte is a registered tax lawyer with the Dutch Bar Association and a member of the Dutch Tax Advisor’s Association.

 
Charlotte holds two master degrees from the University of Leiden, one in civil law and one in tax law. She joined the firm in November 2015.
