The primary focus of Charles' practice is the tax structuring of leveraged buyouts transactions.

He has extensive experience in the specific field of private equity, acting mainly for investment funds and also for managers of target entities, in relation to both domestic and cross-border transactions. Charles also has broad expertise in the tax structuring of infrastructure projects, notably in the energy sector.

Charles’ experience extends to mergers and acquisition and real estate projects, advising industrial groups on a large number of transfers, acquisitions and mergers of listed companies and non-listed companies, and French and foreign real-estate funds in their investment transactions.
