Caryn's primary areas of focus are equity capital markets and corporate finance, with additional experience in private equity and corporate M&A transactions. Caryn is Singapore law qualified, and has a wide range of experience advising on SPACs, IPOs, as well as M&A transactions across ASEAN. She has represented issuers and underwriters in numerous securities listings on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).
