Bethany has experience in representing financial institutions and corporates in commercial disputes. She has also represented client in relation to a range of regulatory investigations involving the UK Financial Conduct Authority and other international authorities.
Prior to qualification, Bethany trained at the firm, during which she also gained experience in the leveraged finance and global loans, and projects, energy and infrastructure practices. She was seconded for six months to the firm's New York office.
