Arkadiusz is Managing Partner of Central Eastern Europe (CEE) and Poland and has 30 years of professional experience working on complex debt-raising structures involving loan financing, bond offerings and derivatives transactions.
He has a wealth of experience advising financiers and borrowers and particular expertise in the areas of real estate finance, export finance, leveraged finance, asset finance and project finance. He has worked on numerous financial out-of-court restructurings involving various debt layers.

Aareal Bank on subsequent EUR650m and EUR633.5m refinancings of the Metro Portfolio consisting of 28 shopping malls across Poland.
