Ari advises clients on domestic and cross-border capital raising to finance their growth and originations through a range of structured credit and securitized products across a wide variety of industries and assets.

He has particular focus on renewable energy assets and projects (including residential and industrial solar), auto loans, leases, aviation assets, trade receivables and certain esoteric assets such as cryptocurrencies. He also advises on the warehousing, structuring and ongoing management of securitizations backed by broadly syndicated and private credit/middle-market leveraged corporate loans through collateralized loan obligation (CLO) vehicles.

Representing key players throughout the financing lifecycle, Ari advises operating companies, issuers, sponsors, asset managers, arranging banks, borrowers, lenders, and investors. He provides strategic counsel to deal teams, structurers and legal units on all matters with respect to negotiation, execution, securities laws, regulatory matters and commercial issues, including advice on exempt securities offerings under Rule 144A, Regulation S and Regulation D private placements, the Volcker Rule and other SEC rules, as well as risk retention compliance and financing.

Ari’s broad experience advising different parties across structured credit and securitized products enables him to create technical and practical solutions to guide transactions across almost any roadblock. He prides himself on his ability to provide straightforward commercial advice and accurate assessments of companies, people, structures, deal economics and pathways to optimal outcomes for his clients.

Advising the International Refugee Assistance Project on cases relating to immigration matters for families of US allies evacuated from Afghanistan during Operation Allies Refuge.

Advising an international non-profit aimed at ending modern slavery in connection with the receipt and deployment of a federal grant award from the U.S. Department of State.
