Ardi counsels U.S. and multi-national clients on a range of corporate matters, including cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in public and private contexts.
He also advises on internal reorganizations, corporate governance and venture capital. 

He has experience drafting transaction documents, conducting due diligence and providing general corporate advice. Prior to law school, Ardi worked as a reporter and researcher for a major Japanese newspaper.
