She is an experienced advisor in commercial IP, technology and IP-related projects and transactions as well as IP issues in the context of cross-border M&A deals and corporate financing and related contract negotiations. Anna further advises clients on unfair competition and advertising law as well as trademark law and contractual IP, licensing, franchise and commercial contracts, both in contentious and non-contentious matters.
