Alann Le Guillou advises clients across all sectors, with a specific focus on private capital, financial institutions, asset management and real estate on a wide range of corporate law matters with particular expertise on (both domestic and cross-border) private and public mergers & acquisitions, joint-ventures and the establishment and operation of Luxembourg investment platforms for alternative investment managers.

Alann’s practice also includes equity capital markets related work (tender offers, initial public offerings and issuing of equity and debt securities).

Prior to joining our Luxembourg office in 2021 as Counsel in the Corporate and M&A team, Alann worked for 7 years as senior associate in the corporate and M&A practice of White & Case LLP in Paris and 18 months as Counsel in the corporate and M&A practice of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Paris, where he gained significant experience in capital markets and financing transactions in addition to working on corporate matters.

A French bank in the context of the contemplated sale of a Luxembourg based business (2023/2024). 

A key player among management companies in Luxembourg in the context of its sale to a French based investment fund (2021/2024).

Supporting Stëmm vun der Strooss, a Luxembourg-based association working for the social and professional integration of disadvantaged individuals.

Supporting Relais pour la vie, a community-based fundraising event for the Cancer Society.
