He has experience in equity capital market transactions, assisting issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and secondary public offerings. He has experience in advising clients on various commercial and corporate finance transactions including, initial public offerings and secondary public offerings of equity shares. He has experience in addressing client queries on various aspects of Indian securities laws and in undertaking large scale due diligence exercise.

Previously he was an associate in the equity capital markets team at a leading Indian law firm.
