Adam Fadian

Partner

Adam is Co-Managing Partner of Turkey. He advises on debt restructurings, structured trade and commodity finance, project and infrastructure finance, leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance and margin lending.

He has particular experience in developing markets and regularly advises clients on debt restructurings and financing transactions in Turkey, the Middle East, Russia, Ukraine, the CIS and CEE.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam spent 10 years in Moscow where he led the English law banking and restructuring team of another magic circle law firm.

Representative matters

Arrangers and sustainability coordinators in connection with an ESG-linked syndicated dual-tranche and dual-currency loan facility for Turkey’s Garanti BBVA.

A group of financial institutions in their capacities as the coordinating committee representing 26 international banks in connection with the USD2.3bn debt restructuring for Metinvest.

A major Middle East construction and contracting business in connection with a comprehensive restructuring of its USD2bn of indebtedness.

Rosneft in connection with a USD2bn syndicated oil prepayment financing arranged by Deutsche Bank.
