Niklas Germayer

Senior Associate

Niklas advises banks and other financial service providers, including FinTechs, as well as unregulated companies on all aspects of financial regulatory law.

He also advises on the digitalisation of banking regulatory law and Sustainable Finance. In particular, Niklas is involved in the development of IT based solutions for the financial industry (RegTech) and was instrumental in developing a regulatory compliance tool, helping clients to meet their regulatory requirements with an efficient solution.

Niklas is also a member of the Markets Innovation Group (MIG), a group of lawyers and developers who are focused on the creation of innovative solutions for clients to meet large scale legal and regulatory challenges.

He is an author in a commentary for the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.
