A multinational financial institution in implementing a restructuring plan following its exit from the Italian market, also with respect to the industrial and trade union relations triggered by the restructuring as well as on the liquidation related aspects.
La Galvanina, an Italian producer of premium private label and branded mineral water and traditional and organic soft drinks, on all its employment related matters in Italy, following the acquisition by the Riverside company.
Universal Pictures Italia, a film production and distribution company, in negotiating a company agreement with trade unions organisations and work councils aiming at facilitating the exit of several employees derogating from the provisions of Covid-19 ban of dismissals.
Pro bono
- Pro bono assistance in a large-scale project for Missing Children Europe, as author of the Italian contribution piece to the survey and related publication on the transposition of directive 2011/93/EU on combating sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children and child pornography.
