David specializes in U.S. and international securities offerings, financings and corporate governance, and he is particularly active in infrastructure, energy and natural resources transactions. 

He regularly advises on project bonds and U.S. private placements, as well as IPOs and high-yield debt. David has extensive experience representing issuers, sponsors and underwriters across a wide range of sectors in SEC-registered and private offerings of debt and equity securities, liability management and securitizations. In addition, he leads the firm's Latin American capital markets practice.

For over 20 years, David has advised numerous leading Latin American companies and sovereigns on SEC reporting obligations and U.S. stock exchange rules, and he has acted for lenders, arrangers and borrowers in corporate financings, restructurings and M&A transactions. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and he is proficient in French.
